I bought this Cath Kidston book in England, in 2016, probably. And in 2020 I hadn't yet made the little case that came with the book. So it was top of my list that year. I cross-stitched the flowers in the middle, added the lace border that is a vintage one my Mum brought me from Brazil and then sewed the zip on and finished the case. I really like how it turned out and I'm happy to say that I still have and it still is used as a case for the sewing kit that appears in the photo.
